HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A SEMINAR?
You can register online at www.nstp.org or call us at 800-367-8130, 8am–5pm Pacific Time.

HOW DO I GET MY MEMBER DISCOUNT?
To receive the member price, first log into your member account. Your member discount will then be automatically applied. We can also take your registration by phone.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION
Your registration confirmation will be emailed to you when your payment is processed. During our busy season, this can take up to 2-3 business days after we receive your registration.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL
Check your SPAM folder for the email. To prevent SPAM filters from blocking our emails please add taxes@nstp.org to your address book or safe senders list. For more information, click How to Whitelist an Email Address or Email Whitelist Instructions.

DO I NEED TO MAKE MY OWN TRAVEL AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS?
Yes. Each attendee will need to make their own travel and hotel reservations.

IS LUNCH INCLUDED IN THE SEMINAR REGISTRATION FEE?
This varies by location and seminars. Please check your specific course schedule for more details.

ARE GUESTS ALLOWED AT THE SEMINARS?
Only paid registrants are able to attend seminars. If you need help to your classroom, your guest is welcome to assist you and will need to depart before the session begins. Please contact the office at 800-367-8130 if you need special assistance.

WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN AT MY SEMINAR?
Onsite check-in starts 30 minutes before the seminar begins.

DO YOU HANDLE THE IRS CE REPORTING?
Yes. If you have a PTIN on file with us, we will submit your hours. To insure we have your correct info, please provide your PTIN when you register for a course. Please notify us if you have recently submitted a name change request to the IRS.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION?
Your certificate will be emailed to you within 10 business days of the completion of the course.

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
Registrants canceling more than 14 days prior to the seminar date will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE SEMINAR DATE?
Your registration can be transferred to a future seminar. Registration fees cannot be refunded for cancellations within two weeks (14 days) of the seminar date.

I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND MY CLASS
Please call the NSTP office within 14 days of the class date so we can transfer your registration to a future seminar. We cannot issue a refund for a no-show. After 14 days, we automatically mail you the course materials.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The National Association of Tax Professionals reserves the right to cancel any program or course for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, NSTP will refund 100% of the registration fee. NSTP is not responsible for any hotel, travel, or other expenses incurred by the registrant.
