SF Bay Area Tax Practice For Sale

Small tax prep practice is for sale in the SF Bay Area. The gross revenue of ~ 40K is derived mostly from individual tax returns (50+).

Approximately 75% of clients remit everything electronically, while 12% of clients drop off their tax data, and the remaining 12% mail in their documents (with no face-to-face appointments).

Most of the clients have been with the firm for about 20 years. Approximately 20% of clients file a Schedule C, another 20% file a Schedule E. The practice uses ProConnect for tax preparation (can be easily converted to Lacerte)
