Exhibit with NSTP
Looking to connect with dedicated tax professionals and showcase your products or services? Becoming an NSTP exhibitor or vendor is simple. Just review the policies below, then select the registration form to secure your space and submit payment. Once your payment has been processed, an NSTP representative will follow up with additional event details. Please allow up to 48 hours for payment processing.
NSTP workshops are designed to provide meaningful opportunities for exhibitors to engage with attendees. Throughout the event schedule, time is allocated for participants to visit exhibitor tables, ask questions, and learn about the resources and solutions you offer.
What NSTP Provides
Each exhibitor space includes:
- One (1) exhibitor table
- Two (2) chairs
- Placement within the designated exhibitor area at the event venue
Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own signage and promotional materials. Any additional needs—such as electrical outlets, lighting, audiovisual equipment, or internet services—must be arranged directly with the host hotel. All costs associated with these services are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
If products are sold at the event, exhibitors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable state sales tax.
To ensure the best experience for attendees and vendors alike, NSTP reserves the right to relocate or reassign exhibitor tables if necessary to accommodate the overall needs of the event.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the event, as event logistics and commitments will already be in progress.
Transfer requests (applying your booth fee to a future event) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
