BIOGRAPHY

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA) with more than 20 years of experience serving individuals, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses. I own and manage a public accounting practice focused on federal and multi-state tax compliance, planning, and IRS representation.

My practice emphasizes practical, real-world solutions to complex tax issues, including entity structuring, real estate taxation, trusts and estates, multi-state filings, and tax controversy matters such as audits and penalty abatement. I am able to translate complex tax law into clear, actionable guidance that helps clients and fellow practitioners make informed decisions.

In addition to client work, I am deeply engaged in professional development and continuing education. I also maintain active involvement with national tax organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), and I value collaboration and knowledge sharing within the tax professional community.

I bring a strong practice-management perspective, with experience in workflow optimization, technology adoption, and building efficient, client-focused processes within a modern tax practice. I believe that practitioner education must remain practical, timely, and directly applicable to the challenges tax professionals face each filing season.

As a prospective NSTP Board member, I will be committed to advancing member value through high-quality education, ethical standards, and strong practitioner support. I bring a hands-on practitioner’s voice, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to helping tax professionals navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment while growing sustainable practices.
