If you miss a session you will not be able to retake that session. Streaming courses are not offered more than one time.
- In addition, the course will address the IRS rulings on §30D, and §25E for new and used clean electric vehicles and the limitations based on modified AGI.
- The course will also address all the provisions which are annually indexed to inflation and subject to phase-out-based on the taxpayer’s AGI and modified AGI, and filing status.
- The course will address IRS Notices, Revenue Procedures, Revenue Rulings and Regulations applicable to the small firm’s practice.
- The course will also address the current reporting requirements for issues surrounding the changes made for reporting on Form 1099-K, as well as the new issues concerning broker reporting of cryptocurrencies.
- Draft 2024 forms will be reviewed.
At the conclusion of the course, the participant will have obtained a better working knowledge of any new Legislation and specific provisions enacted in the IRA of 2022 for energy savings for homeowners and purchases of new and previously owned electric vehicles. In addition, participants will have reviewed the most important 2024 draft IRS forms and will be ready to tackle the 2025 filing season.

Testing Policy
- Streaming require a test for CE. 3 attempts are allowed.
- For AFTR courses, the test must be passed by midnight, December 31, 2024.
