  • Develop, recommend and implement strategic tax plans worldwide
  • Perform and lead all corporate tax audits
  • Perform analysis of product pricing and “strategic” reviews for transfer price compliance under Section 482
  • Manage real and personnel property tax matters for all locations
  • Support the Operations group with their development and maintenance of corporate export and customs procedures and requirements as needed
  • Support the Human Resource Department in the management of expatriate/foreign national taxation issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries, reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Transfer Pricing Analysis and Compliance under Section 482
  • Lead and prepare all corporate tax compliance and filings
  • Domestic and international tax planning
  • Preparation of and compliance with Sales tax filings

Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax or Accounting, CPA or Master degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Relevant U.S. tax experience with 3 plus years of progressive tax and accounting experience
  • International tax experience or knowledge desirable
  • Experience working with upper level management in a product focused, cross functional environment
  • Tax Software experience desirable
