NOTE: 

When you call the NSTP Helpline during scheduled hours, your call will be answered by a Helpline staff member or placed in the queue. If your call is not answered within five minutes, the system will disconnect and prompt you to leave a voicemail. Please leave a message—an NSTP Helpline representative will return your call within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.

When leaving a message, you must include your name, member ID number, return phone number, and a brief description of your issue. Messages missing any of this information will not receive a callback. If you do not answer when a staff member returns your call, you will need to contact the helpline again, as callbacks are made only once.
