About the Tax Helpline
Included in the annual membership fee, NSTP Members receive 6 free questions to the Tax Helpline. A member can receive unlimited questions to the Helpline as an Executive Member or by purchasing 10 hours of continuing education from NSTP. A final option is to purchase a pay per question package by contacting the NSTP office. These include:

When you call the NSTP Helpline, either you will reach a live person or you will be placed on hold in the queue. The system will disconnect after 5 minutes and you will be prompted to leave a message. Within 48 hours after submitting your question, a NSTP Helpline worker will contact you. Please leave your message – your call will be returned.
